Taylor Morrison Home Discount Program
*Limited time $5,000 Purchase Price Reduction Voucher (“Yardly Pricing Incentive”).will be reflected as a Discount as of the Purchase Agreement Date. Valid on cash or financed new home contracts entered into as of 10/1/25 for the purchase of eligible new homes at any stage of construction at all Taylor Morrison communities, if qualified buyer satisfies all other eligibility criteria (each, an “Eligible Home”). For eligibility, new home contract for an Eligible Home must be entered into the earlier of (1) up to 3 years following the initial Yardly lease commencement date OR (2) up to one year following the expiration of Renter’s Lease obligations, which includes an initial 12-month lease term plus any renewal terms at a participating Taylor Morrison-built Yardly Community only (“Promotion Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, a current Yardly Renter may exercise its right to enter into a Taylor Morrison new home contract earlier and at any time after the lease commencement date but must first (1) complete at least the first 6 months of the initial term, in which event Yardly Renter shall be responsible for any early termination obligations and fees under the Yardly Lease; (2) at least one party on the qualifying 12-month Yardly Rental Agreement (“Eligible Yardly Lease”) must appear as a buyer on the Taylor Morrison new home purchase agreement with or without any other parties listed on the Yardly Lease; (3) Yardly Renter must present a verifiable printed or digital copy of the executed Eligible Yardly Lease and a copy of the Voucher to applicable Taylor Morrison Community Sales Manager as evidence of eligibility PRIOR to entering into a new Taylor Morrison purchase agreement; (4) Yardly Renter acknowledges that this Promotion is not valid and may not be combined with any Real Estate Agent/Broker Participation for which a commission applies; (5) no substitutions are available and only one Yardly Pricing Incentive per Eligible Yardly Lease regardless of the number of Yardly Renters on such lease and (6) buyer must first satisfy all other Yardly Rental Agreement and minimum term obligations and eligibility criteria (each, an “Eligible Yardly Renter”). Available for owner-occupied homes only; no investor sales. Yardly Pricing Incentive can be combined with other current incentives/advertised promotions and/or special offers, if applicable to Buyer’s specific purchase transaction and as outlined in the Incentive Addendum to the Purchase Agreement. Not valid with any buyer not meeting the eligibility requirements, on resales or any Taylor Morrison new home contracts entered into outside of the Promotion Period (collectively, the “Non-Eligible Homes”). Pricing Incentive is unrelated to and distinct from any financing incentive, does not require use of Seller’s Affiliated Lender and is available to all, regardless of who you choose to finance with or if you pay cash.
