I LOVE my new apartment! Michelle was wonderful when it came to the leasing process and guiding me through getting everything set up for my new apartment. She helped my moving transition go smooth and even gave great recommendations for the moving company that I used and told me about some great local restaurants that I now frequent!

Visited the property and absolutely LOVE everything about it…we cannot wait to move in. Nina Abrams was awesome. Although under construction, Nina was very willing to drop what she was doing to welcome us in. We were very impressed with the property and the level of customer care.

My family and I have lived at Yardly since the complex first opened in June and it’s been such a wonderful experience thus far! The staff (special shout out to the sweetest/most professional office: Cynthia, our property manager, and Merissa, the community leasing agent) are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have fur-babies and our community is super pet friendly! The Yardly team is so committed to our happiness and make themselves available to us always. Plus our home is lovely and our maintenance team is top notch. So happy here!

My experience at Yardly Dechman has been nothing short of exceptional. I fell in love with the complex when I first toured back in July, and since moving to Dallas in September I have had no regrets with my choice. The community is lovely and feels safe and secure. The location is absolutely wonderful, with easy access to good restaurants and entertainment as close as a 3-minute drive away.

This community is absolutely beautiful! Additionally, Cynthia was so kind and helpful! She was patient and took time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciate her and all the time she took to assist us. We look forward to moving into our new home in 2024!

My wife and I have been living at Yardly for a couple of weeks now and it has been great. The property is quiet, the grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained, the amenities are awesome, and we love having our own private back yard. Derrick the maintenance manager is always around when we need anything and has been willing to bend over backwards to make our experience living here the best that it can be. We would highly recommend living at Yardly!

Very beautiful and unique! I personally love that every unit has a fenced in back yard, that’s perfect for an introvert like myself. The office manager Nina has been great with answering all of my questions. This is a great addition to Monroe
